End User License Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GetSpeedConvert.com ("Licensor") for use of the GetSpeedConvert.com web application and all associated services, features, and content.

2. License Grant

GetSpeedConvert.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the web application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this EULA. This license is granted free of charge.

3. Permitted Uses

• Access and use the converter tools for personal speed conversions.
• Share links to the website and its results for non-commercial purposes.
• Embed results in personal documents or educational presentations.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the application's source code, design, or original content for commercial gain.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site at scale.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including but not limited to software, design, branding, content, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of GetSpeedConvert.com. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE IS WITH YOU.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GETSPEEDCONVERT.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or GetSpeedConvert.com. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

9. Updates

We may update the service and this EULA at any time. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
